I NEED SOME HELP WITH STARTING PROBLEM

EVERY TIME I START MY CAR WHEN IT IS COLD (THE CAR) IT STARTS RIGHT UP BUT DIES OR RUNS ROUGH UNTILL IT DIES BUT IF I KEEP STARTING IT OR GIVE IT GAS TILL IT WARMS UP IT IS FINE

I WOULD PULL THE CODES BUT SOME ONE REMOVED THE CHECK LIGHT OR IT BURNED OUT. I HAVE ALREADY CLEANED THE IAC AND CHECKED THE TPS VOLTS IT IS AT .97

The procedure to pull the codes with a non working check engine light is in the checklist.

I had this problem with the 90. Turned out that a vacuum line was broke.
It had the EXACT symptoms you describe.
