Except for under $4000-$5000.. I've got the cash to spend now I need to get some opinions, I've narrowed it to this
T-lock
3.73 Gears
Pro 5.0 Short throw shifter
Underdrive Pulley
MAC Straight Shot CIA
Vortech Supercharger pushing 11psi or 8psi.. Am I better with 8?
Headers
Diablo Tune
Functional Hood Scoop

Let me know what you think or if you see anything I left out

Youll need to do internals too and there is no way you can do all that for 4-5 k. Plus when you do the SC youll need a chip and a dyno tune. If not a chip at least a tune. Also new fuel injectors and a new fuel pump.

Might I suggest looking at:
www.rpm-mustangs.com
www.3.8mustang.com
www.supersixmotorsports.com
and look into ported heads, larger throttlebody, more agressive cam and some forged pistons/rods/ect to prepare for power adders. Get the internals done and pumping first, an 11psi Vortech is going to kill your engine without some forged internals. Don't underestimate a built engine, you can get these sixers up there before a blower.

what do you consider fast?
getting to 100 fast, or going to 160?

big difference between the two and until you clarify what you want, it's hard to tell you what you'll need

Do what I did and get a Mach.

OR, check out these places...

www.rpm-mustangs.com

www.supersixmotorsports.com

www.rpmoutlet.com

www.gefracing.com

with some internal work, (pistons), ported heads, cam, ported intakes, rr's, 3.73 gears, full exhaust (headers, o/r h-pipe, cat-back) pullys, tune, nitrous you should be close to 13's in the 1/4

what do you mean by getting a CAI and getting a functional hood scoop? to get a functional hood scoop you need a shaker hood scoop which pretty much is an air intake system...but i think if you have that kind of money you should get rid of your car and upgrade to at least a GT, if not a 32V

No, I didn't mean that.. I have the "fake" hood scope, and the local dealer here cuts the underside and replaces the front covering to change it to a functional hood scoop

Fast is a matter of perspective.

If you really have $4-5K to spend...I would look into trading in what you have to getting something else that is already where you want it to be from the start.

It always starts out I want 13's....then 12's...then 11's...etc....so start out on the right foot.

If you want to go fast, the peeps that have posted above have the right answer. Take your 5K, sell your 6'er stang and buy a GT or Cobra. Go for the GT if you want to save some bucks on insurance. The thing is, it just takes that much more effort to get the zoom you want from the 6'er. Sure it can be done but for much less you'll have a better resale value and a faster car. As a matter of fact you want cheep zoom? Here's an easy way to get it.
1) Upgrade to a GT
2) Post on the Saleen forum that you are in the market for a used Saleen series II supercharger. Alot of Saleen guys upgrade to a KB. So you can pick up the series II for around 2K. Its an easy install and then you need a retune of the ECU 300.00 bucks or so. make sure you get the whole kit not just the supercharger, you need the intercooler and pump, tank, belt, etc, etc,
3) Now it's no 600HP demon but you'll be pushing 340 RWHP and LOW 13's not just maybe 13's.

You can also look at places like www.racingjunk.com and find killer deals.

I know for under $10K you can get easy 11 second F-bodys.

if i were you just spend some money on it. for instance gears, clutch, and short shifter. then save up for a faster car. i mean save up the total price for the car so you can have a fast car and still have you 6er
