I have a stock system with the muffler delete. I had a shop build my tail pipes. We tried different size tips to get the sound I was looking for. I ended up with 4" x 18" slant cut tips and the sound is good. Stock size tips sounded like crap. Also, tips with rolled ends did not produce a good sound.
I live in a Air Force RV park, most are 62+ which is 5 years or more older than us and no one has complained. Most of the neighbors comment that they love to hear the sounds my two Mustangs put out.
I have JBA long tube headers, off road H pipe and roush off road muflers on my 05 GT. it sounds awsome. it sounds just like a GT cup car and is loud as hell.
So what's going on here, are those violators on yet? Do you like them?
I'm waiting for you to tell everyone they sound awesome, so there will be people lining up in droves to buy my Violators and X pipe this spring after my longtubes and Stingers go on...
