I installed a b303 cam in stock car. Heads springs rockers lifters all stock. Have checked timing over and over pulled timing cover to make sure everything is lined up. When spout is pulled out car starts with gas pedal pushed down and will run with a miss. If I put spout back in car will not start just crank over
