A built Windsor 392 witha full rack of Webers will make 550-600hp. If yo have a good Weber tuner, then this will not be tough to drive. There's guy near me who tunes then and they're like any other carb, once they are dialed in. There's nothing like opening the hood and seeing a full rack .... And there is no better throttle response. Why turbo? That is a huge project.

Yeah a turbo is more work than a stroker especially a custom built setup like the one I would like to put together. It will also cost a little more but... it is different, it looks cool, sounds cool, and the engine doesn't have to work as hard to make power. On a basically stock 351w with forged internals, decent heads and a mild cam your looking at 500-600hp on pump gas. Throw some race gas and turn up the boost and you can make even more. Also running a tru-trac rear with 3.00s and a overdrive will result in some decent mileage during long road trips to cruise spots.

Whatever you do with the engine, just make sure it's faster than that 350Z in the background...
