I am restoring a 1967 Mustang, with black interior.

With respect to the original interior color on the doors, etc was it a glossy black or a satin black?

Any help appreciated

check your number on the driver door

just google for mustang warrenty number or something. there a bajillion out there that will tell you what color originally came with your car

and it's not really black, it's charcoal black.

Your correct on the charcoal black it should have some metallic in it but usually it's all gone after 40 years. It your into restomodding, I just painted my interior with a 2005 Jeep color - metallic black pearl and clearcoat, it really pops and I'm happy with it.
