I've gotten the goahead from my Chief Financial Officer to get the interior of my 93 redone. I'm looking at two scenarios:

The first is redoing my stock interior with new leather.

It's not ripped up or torn, just tired. The "plus" to this scenario is that it retains the stock look. The "negative" is that it doesn't improve the seating comfort.

Scenario number two is to have the 03 seats that I've been trying to sell redone in white and having the rear recovered to match.

The plus here is a much more comfortable seat and a pretty trick look in my opinion. The down side is the higher seating position (which I'm starting to get used to) and the fact that it would cost me $400 more than the stock setup since the rear would have to be custom done.

My car is strictly a cruiser. I'm not into the racing thing, but want decent, supportive seats. I'm leaning towards scenario number two, but would appreciate some thoughtful input on the two ideas. Any takers?

Redo the SN seats and recover the rear to match. I have them in my car and love them!

I like the stock look, especially in a cruiser.

Recover the stock ones. The horizontal lines in the newer seats clash with the vertical lines of the back seat.

some nice recaro's or another brand and keep the stock for when you want to sell the car you can give them the option of what seats they want.

Sell off all 4 seats and buy a set of 99+ seats that already come in white.

I forget what years they were offered, but oxford white leather was an option. I wanted to get a stang with it.

I'm trying to find a set of 99+ dark charcoal leather seats for my Fox. I love the seats in my '03. I find them comfortable.

I agree with Roland69, get a set of Recaro's, they're the best seats you can get IMO. Get them in black and redo the back to match. That white on white look is tired, never did like it.

I don't want to spend the money for Recaros as I'd still have to pay to have them recovered in white and have the rears redone ito match. I gave two options and asked for thoughtful input on those.

If I go with the stock interior, I'll actually be using the 50Resto stuff, but my driver's seat cushion needs to be built up. You can't get the cushion from Ford anymore, so I'll have my interior guy do it so it's done right. He does fantastic work (did my top) and is reasonably priced. www.convertiblesonly.com

Thank you to all who actually bothered to read the question and submit an opinion. Whatever I do, I'll post up pics when done.
