What does this consist of? Specifically for an '04 GT? IS it just a bunch of brushed accents?

I know about the headrests, but what else comes with it?

Also, anyone have pictures of the three colors the interiors come in?

<-- Didn't know about the headrests.

If it's like the 03 then it has pedals, door locks, bezel around shifter and that's pretty much it.

What exactly do you mean by the pedals? Are they like the Mach1/bullitt pedals?

The center console bezel is also a lighter grey (brushed aluminum look -- but plastic) with the med charcoal interior. So:

- center console bezel
- shift boot bezel
- bullitt pedals
- door locks
- headrests, apparently. I honestly didn't notice.
- According to the Ford website, there is also a leather wrapped shift knob, but I don't think it's any different from the premium package. I replaced it with an MGW gripper knob anyway.

Well, i've been looking only at GT premiums, and it seems as if they all come with the IUP. Not many seem to come with the upgraded premium wheels. I'm having a hard time deciding if i want the Bullitts or the polished upgrade rims.

I like IUP but I tell every dealer I refuse to pay the $345 "dealer addon cost"

So this is basically it?

No offense to anyone, but i think this looks tacky. I don't like the brushed look around the gauge pod or the center console. I'd probably want to take it out if i could. I can live without fancy door locks. I already have a couple leather wrapped knobs i could use and don't really think i need the 4-way headrests. Not once ever has my head actually touched a headrest in anycar i have driven.

Only thing i like are the pedals...but I think i know i can buy them. I think it was something like $15-20 for each pedal.

Ok, so i've decided i don't want this package...thanks guys

I know you've made your decision, but I would point out one thing: in my case, the hood/bezel on the guage pod is the same med. charcoal as the rest of the interior. Only the center console bezel is contrasted. At any rate, you're right about the leather knobs -- probably going to be replaced anyway.

Hmm, guessi will wait til i get out on a lot and actually see it before i decide. Just looking at the pic it seemed like the gauge pod was accented and that i didn't like. Maybe I can deal with the center accents.

Like i said, it seems like most premium GT's already come with the IUP upgrade anyway.
