I own a 2007 mustang v6 with no options but the auto tranny in it, I want to get a GT this dealer near me has a 2005 GT premium with a manual with 43k miles on it for 16k is that a good price?
Yeah, that does sound like a pretty good price. Even with all the basic options, its "suggested retail price" according to KBB is around $19k.

I got about $18,500 on a trade in for my 2007 Fully loaded GT coupe about six months ago.
Dealer asked $23,000 and got about $21,000 for it. Car had 20,000 miles on it.
I would shop around a bit before biting to see what else is available.
Used car prices are depressed right now because of rebates on new ones.
