Is This My Torque Box?

There are upper torque boxes and lower torque boxes. You tore the hell out of one of your lowers. Reinforcemnts like the ones in the link Joe posted are a highly necessary modification next in line right after subframe connectors.

That my friend is the pretty part.. keep looking, pull the back seat and look at the torn spot welds, the cracked floor at the rear of the transmission tunnel, and shine a light around that end of the lower control arm and see how bad it REALLY is. While you are at it, check the upper attachment area.
