I found a GT40 intake and heads on a 1996 Ford Explorer. I know that you can swap them out with the stock intake and heads on my 1989 GT. My question is can I also install a E303 cam as well with the GT40 Intake and heads or do I need to change the springs. Thanks in advance.
Yes you can, I had stock e7 heads and intake with 1.7 roller rockers and f cam way back in the day. My buddy currently runs gt40 3 bar heads and cobra intake with stock rockers.
