I never knew that Ford built such a great work horse till I owned my 94 Cobra...what year is it now, and my car has 175 k kickbutt miles on it...just did 300 today fully loaded with 4 guys ,camera equiptment, cookware ,guitar and amp,.. out to ol Silversides submarine in Muskegon...at 80 and 90 mph and the stang was a real pleasure, with the exception some annoying speedbumps, dam ,I love that car ,I will hate when this era ends......oh ya,got about 20+ miles to a gallon tooo..but that was prob because of the port and polish job I did on the heads, and with my ram air mod.

Id like to see the car myself. I love driving out in my Cobra on long trips. I go to Dallas and do 260 miles round trip and set the cruise at 85mph, average 25 mpg and pass whatevers out there

hmm

Sounds like its been a good car for you.

But 4 guys in a 94 Cobra?

I had to ride in the back of a 94 Cobra vert once for about 10 miles and that was enough for me. Were these guys migets? There is zero room back there.

I think these cars are great cruisers. Even tho mine was an 89, I loved driving that thing everywhere. I drove it too and from school every week (150 miles one way) for three years and drove it to Myrtle Beach, beat the piss out of it for a week, and then drove it back (1500 miles total in a week) without a hitch. I miss driving my stang everyday. Now I have two that are in peices but I will be back in action someday. I love mustangs in every way.

I have a similar Myrtle Beach story... Only I live 150 miles further away in each direction, and while down there raced a turboed fox, and only lost by a car length. Got 26+ mpg there and back to boot...

Greg,

I thoroughly enjoyed Memorial Day U.S.S. Silverside You-Tube video of cake preparation. Also interesting information within light-hearted video. Background music made me feel proud to be an American. Nice job. And nice car.
