Looks good. I think I'll go with that kit when I do a roll bar this summer.

Thanks guys. I got the kit used from someone off the Corral.
It is a Yellow Mustang Registry kit, he got it like 6 months ago and needed to get rid of it for some reason. He even sent me the receipt from when he purchased it. Kit was in perfect condition. I am very happy with it. I got it for the price it would have cost me to make one.

URDONE, if you lose the seat belt assembly, you would lose some more weight.

How does the rear seat unbolt/unhook? My son dropped a gameboy advanced game down there months ago

I need the back seat for my kids - they love going for a ride.

I am planning on taking the seat belt assembly out, I just been too lazy to do it. I think I lost a good 40 lbs by taking out the back seat.

The back seat is really easy to take out. Took me about 10 minutes to do it. There two little clips in the middle of each of the two cushions, just stick a flat head screw driver in there, and pop them out. You should be able to fine the gameboy.

Looks good, but not 40 lbs though. I just shipped a leather backseat pair out, it was under 25 lbs.

Sorry

Looks pretty good . Put the old seats on a scale, im curious to know what the weight savings really were.

There's 2 tabs along the front of the seat bottom, stick a flat head screwdriver into those tabs and lift up on the seat and it'll pop right out...
