So, this is a new one to me. I did a search but it is hard to explain in short.
I am in AZ and while it is not terribly cold here it gets cold enough to give me issues with the mustang. When I go out in the morning to start my mustang, the key does not stay forward in the run position after it starts and turns back enough to kill the ignition. I have to hold it forward for a second and make sure it doesnt kick back.
I replaced the ignition tumbler set thinking it was old and wore out. But it still does it. Almost feels like it is a little gummed up and that is why it would stay forward. Doesn't do this when it is warm outside (after 9am LOL). Just early in the morning. Car runs fine other than that.
Any ideas?
