I had them way back, don't remember any spacers, but if you still have the box and you bought them new, send them back unless the design has changed.
There is no narrow side on the kyb's, so any tires a little wider will rub on them.
If you like to corner hard without a panhard bar, the problem is even worse.
The only good ones out there as far as i know are koni's, and they are crazy expensive.
My advice, find the best condition set of stockers you can and use them.
