land rover 4.0-stang 4.0,connection?

i went to the ford page and found this

http://media.ford.com/newsroom/feature_display.cfm?release=20476

"The LR3's new 4.0-liter V-6 engine produces 216 hp and 269 lb.-ft torque at 3,000 rpm. With its V-6, the LR3 can tow up to 7,700 pounds. Certified EPA mileage is 14 miles per gallon (mpg) in the city and 19 on the highway. As with the current V-8, the V-6 is mated to a six-speed "intelligent shift" electronically-controlled ZF automatic transmission."

torque anyone?

i have no idea if it is the ford-made 4.0, but still it is still impressive. does anyone know what this is about?
