This outfit, aka Robert Larson, is no good. They are complete schiesters, and on many occasions, have tried to scam my family. My mom has a jeep grand cherokee, and they've tried numerous times to make her pay for things that fell under her warranty. We've recently decided to take it to Hauling Bro's instead of Robert Larson, because Robert Larson epitomizes the stereotypes of a cheap used car salesman. I hope you guys take this into consideration if you consider doing business with them. If you'd like more details let me know.

It wouldn't happen to be one of those pathetic dealer lots that are strung down 82nd, right? That road is filled with nothing but vultures when it comes to used cars. One of the salesmen at a dealership that is no longer in business tried to engage into a fist fight with me after I told him and his sales manager that the numbers they were delivering were crookery and that I wasn't going to bother with it. The sales manager told me to get the F off his lot, and the other guy said I was a p*ssy mama's boy and that he was going to break my jaw if I didn't get out of his office. I told him to take his best shot and make sure he made it count, because that would be the only one he got before he ended up in the hospital. I left pretty quickly to avoid going to jail. Those dudes were some major dickwads.

Yeah a few years back there were some people picketing the Chrysler lot on south tacoma way. At least 30 individuals were present.

I had the unpleasant experience of working at Millenium Ford in Burien for about a week. During that time, I witnessed their special finance manager (used car sales) smooth talk his debt-ridden customers on the sales lot and then behind closed doors during the sale say things like, "That bitch couldn't buy a f***in' glass of water with her credit!", and then to the sales person he would say, "Get that ho (who is accompanied by her well meaning husband and children) for a $500 down payment so we can use it on the f***in' repo and then get her for everything she's f***in' got!" (meaning, get her to agree to the highest interest rate from any bank that would approve her as salespeople would get kickbacks from those banks...the higher the interest rate, the higher the kickback). This kind of behind the scenes behavior was frequent and not limited to the manager.

Unbelievable.

I quit, as I said, about a week later. Well actually, I just stopped showing up. Anyways, I did find out later that this finance manager had greased a bank finance deal for a 'client' in exchange for some 'green plant matter'. When the 'client's' financing deal did not go through (and the vehicle in question was repoed by whoever), the client came back to Millenium Ford's upstanding 'special finance manager' wanting his 'green plant matter' back only to find that it had already been smoked. A fist fight followed on the showroom floor. No surprise that this manager got kicked out on his ass. Millenium's used sales lot is no longer.

Would anyone care for this assclown's name in case they run in to him?

I am considering doing this, i think it's shameful that they charge up the manufacturer of the car (chrysler in this case) for something that is unnecessary, only so they can pad their pockets! I'm glad to hear other people were picketing that lot, because it is well deserved.

EDIT: Althought i normally think these racial lawsuits are kind of fishy, i'm not surprised this was leveled against Larson Automotive Group.
