if you suspect coolant, get under and clean it all up. coolant likes to snake all around down hoses and such, so you could have a leak on the pass side that is making its way across the motor and drippin on the driver side.
you might be able to see stains to help trace it.

Let it warm up and pressurize and search for the leak. Could just be your overflow tank just filled up to the top and puked it out and the residual is leaking off of your frame. How many days has this happened?
