If you're talking about the blue and black wires tied to one terminal lug, those go through two fusible links...I can't really tell what harness they're going into though...it's either to your fuse block, or your EEC power. In either case, you'll need to reconnect them.
It goes to the other side of the block to the right there (other gold threaded stud). Looks like you're missing the press in wire that goes to the top of that block too. It's a wire with an L rubber boot, it might be red in fact and just pushes on. I've been there too. You can search my username, I have a thread a few months ago about these wires.
Oh yeah... I just took all the other wires off (including the press on one) to get a clean picture. They are all labeled, I jus accidentally ripped the label off the blue/brown wire so I had a moment of panic/confusion lol.
There isn't really another place to put them and your post helped out a lot to confirm where they go. Thanks!
