I know the widths are different but im wondering if they bolt up the exact same or not or what all will work in a 98 gt I have that needs a rear end, any help would be much appreciated thanks!
I think the Fox Body rears are compatable but I'm not 100% sure. You're probably better off just getting another SN-95 rear to avoid any fitment issues.
However, you could certainly use a fox rear end. Just swap the brakes, ABS sensors and axles. The 94-98 rear end is wider, but this is due to the axle length. The housing is identical between the fox and the 94-98 rear end. So that means, you can just swap the brakes/axles and the fox housing will work fine.
