long block questions

i'm looking to buy a 347 stroker and came across this one with these parts.
347 Ford 5.0 Stroker Long Block (NR) Edlebrock Victor Jr Heads - Stage 1's Engine Professionally built by C.H.P Coast High Performance aka Probe Indust. .030 bore w/ torque plates 286/288 duration roller cam (112cntrlne) .565/.582 lift with 1.6 roller rockers 9 to 1 static compression -(motor built for 14-18 lbs of induction) steel girdle support w/ ARP mains H-beam rod at 5.35"(pin away from oil ring Probe top of line forged pistons Victor Racing Gaskets, Head Gasket o-ring. ARP head studs New Factory Roller Block w/ new scat 3.4 stroker crank.
is there anything wrong with this picture and how much should be the most to spend on this setup. thanks for the help.

Is this new? Nice combo, Looks like a 4000-5000$ setup

yeah...still on shipping crate...so 4000-5000 or less is good?
