Long Tubes for daily driving???

Are there any downsides to having LT's on a allmost stock motor? What are
the benefits compared to shorties. (I have full exhaust with CAI,Gears,Intake)

My motor is similar to yours, intake, exhaust and gears. I added LTs over my shorties and gained 8 tenths. I also added pulleys and swapped out the catted Mac H-pipe for a prochamber.

Cermic coated do rust! only bad thing about daily driving. Not that I have to but my friends bbk's rusted pretty bad. No starter probs and if you do get the smaler 93 starter!

From what i here its not if you do have cats. I dont know ever because i dont have any emissions to worry about, but i do have the stinkey exhaust.
