i live in northern nj and i was wondering how strict the emissions are....i bought my car in july 04 and still havent gotten it inspected yet 
any way i was wondering i anyone has longtubes with catted h and if it went throught ok.....also what longtubes would be good and are cheap as well......im only 16 and on a VERY tite budget.........thanks a lot for any help in advance
