Check out what I picked up on Wednesday of this week.

1988 SSP coupe ex FHP marked car. You can still see the cream colored paint from where the quarter window mouldings have shrunk some.

Its been converted to mass air, 3.73s, 117k on the odometer, motor rebuilt at 60k, rebuilt t-5, b cam, 3g alternator. Runs pretty good, there are a few bugs I gotta chase down but nothing major.

Anyways here are the pics.

So now I just gotta transfer stuff off my 93 and go ahead and sell it.

I paid $4500 for it. The body is in good shape, gonna need a paint job at some point but not anytime soon except for the hood. Thats gotta get painted.

Interior is pretty good. The seats have been covered with seat covers so they are in good shape. I figured that the drivers seat would be trashed but its not. Just has 2 wear spots on the side bolster. The passenger seat is immaculate. Needs carpet and a headliner and a scuff plate for the passenger side. The dash has obligatory hole cut in it for the wiring for the old radio and stuff. No power anything only creature comfort is the a/c. roll up windows, no power mirrors no power locks. The title says it weights 2958 but I want to get it on a scale to see how true that is.

The worst fix is that the heater core is bad so a $30 part is gonna cost me several hours of agravation. And for some reason the egr isn't hooked up so I gotta get the vacuum harness and get that hooked back up. Mostly little stuff. And the multifunction switch is bad. I have high beams, turn signals and high speed wipers.

It has FRPP shortie headers, o/r H pipe and dumped flowmasters.

Here are the parts I am taking off the 93, nitrous kit, Lakewood 50/50 shocks and 70/30 struts, Trackheat intake, 70mm TB, 76 mm MAF and my MM LCAs. I'll leave the p heads, exhaust, stage 1 cam and RRs on when I sell it.

The are actually more of say a lavender . The guy that had it before me got the smoked lights off of ebay and those were the marker lights he got. Would you like them, I will wend up changing them to regular smoked marker lights.
