Personally, I think she was stupid for making that kind of deal. Then again, I didn't see any expression on her face that suggested "Rocket Scientist" to me.

She said "I saw Pork Chop and was like here the keys, bye" (best I could interpret) .. Yeah, she didn't seem like a scientist of rockets.

Yeah I took that as some douch stole the dog and waited untill there was something better than $500 for grabs.

Personally I would have not taken the money or keys from her. I guess thats just who I am. I understand the grief of losing a pet and wouldnt expect any more than a thank you for returning one.
