Hi, I am looking for a complete exhaust system for my 1965 Mustang 289. Anyone know of where that I could buy one that will come with everything? Headers all the way back. Thanks for your time< Mike

Hey Mike, welcome the stangnet.

I'll move your thread over to our classic subforum, maybe the guys there can help you out.

Are you looking for a complete system made by the same company, like Hooker. Or just a reseller that makes a package from various makers, like Summit?

Mike,
I would buy your headers from Stan Johnson at Ford Powertrain Application. They fit up nice a tight. I had some Hookers and they hung down very low. Give Stan a call at (253) 848-9503. The cermic coating is top notch and they install so easy it is amazing. Are you manual tranny or automatic? Are you manual or power steering?

As for the rest of the system it is hard to beat Flowmaster. Summit Racing can set you up. I have used their products for years. You can get a kit or pic and choose the parts you want. Here is a complete kit.

Mike,
Here are some shots of Stan Johnson Headers on my 1967 Fastback. Notice that they clear the power steering ram if you have power steering. And they tuck up even with the torque box and frame rails.
