im just looking for a clean valance that i could get for a good price ( not rediculous )

that is a hard to find part and a nice one is going to be pricey every once in a while I see them on e bay. good luck I need one too I just removed mine for now.

IIRC Mustangs Unlimited makes a fiberglass one. They also make a fiberglass one with the chin spoiler integrated. I have one of these layin around here somewhere...
