Well, I finally decided to go with the Magnapacks as my new cat-back. I currently have the stock cat-back on now. I plan on doing the job myself (hopefully) and just wanted some feedback on the install. Is there anything that I just expect in the way of problems? Tool suggestions? Any other advice/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Getting the stock exhaust off was the hardest part. The rest was crazy easy
Either you cut off the stock catback or you have to drop the axle low enough to take it out. We cut mine.

Getting the stock exhaust off the hangers was a PITA too, just took a lot of muscle.

and get some Loctite for the tips.

A can of wd-40 makes dealing with the rubber hangers easy, use a sawsall to cut the tailpipes off right after the mufflers, and save yourself some aggrivation and toss the clamps that come with it, they are JUNK. they can only be torqued down once, after thaty they break, and you will need to tighten and re-tighten them a few time to get it to fit right. Pick up some heavy duty ones from the parts store. faily easy install, i had clearance problems with the tailpipes hitting the gas tank shroud. But just play with it some and you will be all set. oh and make sure you put some blue locktite on the allen nuts that hold the exhast tip hangers in place, otherwise they WILL loosen up on you after few miles no matter what you do.
