Magnapacks!!

WOOOOHHHOOOO I ordered my Magnapacks a few days ago I am very excited to here it rumble........I still have my factory h pipes on....I hope I am not setting myself up for dissappointment

I liked the sound with the factory H, it rumbled deeper than the Magnaflow X.

But the X gave me power

i absolutely loved the gurgle and pops. I was kinda sad that the X smoothed out a lot of that
it's quieter at idle with the X pipe than the stock H.

It sounds like a truck with glass packs. I sold mine..... they were crome plated glass packs. My head still hurts

no pops or grugle here... maybe that's because of my cats and LT.. I absolutely loved the sound..

I had pops and gurgle with stock H. There are a lot less now with the catted X.

Is the overall volume more, the same, or less with the X? Across the RPM band.. Hopefully the same or less, more and it would be obnoxious..

I have Magnapacks with the stock H and loved the sound but when I added the JBA Shortys it got waaaaay better........a more race car sound, really loud at WOT and definitely a head turner.

i have bassani headers and bassani x with cats, and mine sounds awsome. i love the sound of them. they are loud, but make your car sound like it means buisness. And whoever said it sounds like a truck with glasspacks...thats not what mine sounds like...maybe your car was different from all of ours....??
