I am using two 66 coupes (one with hopped up 302 and suspension, the other with a decent body and working accessories). Any advive on what order to do transplants and other work in? I don't want to have the body work and paint done, just to find it harder to replace the suspension, or dent something while swapping the motors.

Well, you can't swap the rear quarters or the roof, so if you want to not re-paint you will need to swap suspension and motor.
