I can't force people to vote, I noticed it fell all the way to page 3. I don't understand why people don't care anymore, it used to
be a pretty big deal and there are some REALLY nice cars on this site that deserve recognition

Need to either take a break for a couple months then bring it back or give a prize. The only prize I could think of is the winner gets a sticky thread that will appear at the top for a whole month where they can post their thoughts or whatever (within rules and reason of course).

Just an idea

No offense at all tanner, but this FOTM was kind of just a fail from the start. It was started late, and GroverDill was added almost as an afterthought. I don't think there was a lack of interest, so much as there was a lack of structure.

Here is an idea: FOTM nominations thread should be placed as a sticky at the first of every month, that way it is always right there for everyone to see. (Mods?) After a week or two, drop it from the stickies, and create a poll, and have it stickied for the rest of the month. On the last day of the month, a winner will be announced. And boom goes the dynamite.

No offense taken man, I tried to do it last second on my phone (started working 55 hour weeks the same week, just now getting back to having some free time) I should have given groverdill more notice and would have been able to add him. I'm not sure where Chris has been but I'll take responsibility for this one being a big mess.

Sooo.... Get the April nominations thread started today? That and you should see if you can get a mod to make it a sticky.

I agree that giving the FOTM vote/winner a little more exclusivity would help (ei: it's own sticky). The "sticky of stickies" is good for archiving but I think a little more time in the spotlight is good for the winner.

Also, and this is just a general observation; guys please have all the required pics and details ready before you nominate. I'm sure that will help make things a little easier for the poll moderator.
