Mark viii 4v swap?

I have the opertunity to buy a rear-ended mark vii 95 model cheap! it runs and drives good just totaled from trunk dammage. It will absolutely rape my mustang and its stock! What im wondering is can i swap the 4v 4.6 into the mustang? I can use the alluminum pumpcin and lca's on my bird for some wieght reduction so thats more stuff i can use but is it a feasable engine swap? its an lsc they were rated at 290hp if i recal. 2v NPI sucks!!@

quite easy since you will have an entire car to source all the needed componets from.

STOCK NPI sucks is what I think he meant to say.

The 6 Bolt main Teksid aluminum block is the most valuable part of that assembly. Heads do flow but 4v Navigator heads flow better. If you consider boost in the future at least put forged pistons in now.

I'm in the middle of putting a 5.4 32v into a 1998 Lincoln Mark 8. I don't know what you consider cheap but i got a 2003 Navigator 5.4 motor for $700.
