I copyed it word for word. But i just connected the four wires for the mass air plugin. Then i took my seat out and cut the pink wire on the fuel pump relay and, ran a wire from there to the fuel pump. (Its on when the key is on now) Then i grounded the other wire on the frame next to the fuel tank.
It sounds like you bypassed the inertia switch and the fuel pump control relay.
Now the ignition switch has to carry an extra 12-18 amps of current that it was never designed to carry. That will make for other stange electrical problems as the ignition switch gets older and starts to heat up due to the extra electrical load.
Bypassing the inertia switch means the fuel pump will not shut off if the car is in a collision. That increases the possiblity for a serious fire since the pump will have electrical power anytime the ignition switch is on. All in all, very poor practice.
It's a live I say It's a live !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks to every one with all you guys help.
What was the final thing that fixed your problem?
Its done my baby is back on the road.
