MD Show Sunday 75-80 Dragway--rained out?

Channel 11 (Baltimore) just said the "majority" of rain should be out of the area Saturday night, which means the Ford Show at the 75-80 Dragway in Monrovia (up near Frederick) may still be on Sunday. I'm going to closely follow the weather but I think we're 50/50 at this point. Even with a clear day the field for the show is likely to be a muddy mess, plus I'd have to get outside at 6am Sunday morning and wash the car! I'm going to have to drive it in the rain tomorrow to get my new 18' wheels and 275/40r18 tires mounted. I don't see any dry time tomorrow or Saturday likely.

Let's keep checking here and see who's on or off for the day. Remember, there's always the MIR Ford show at Budds Creek Sunday the 16th too!

Hey, thanks for posting that. I'll forward the info to some other forums.

The bad news is the rain date is smack dab in the middle of the Ford Show at the Maryland International Raceway at Budd's Creek! But they have a show both Saturday AND Sunday, meaning I could pull off both and have one LONGGGG weekend at the track. Sounds like a plan.
