glenn- what's going to be your next autoX event? i wanna take you up on that offer and get a drive in the 95.

I plan on making ALL the GIR events+ all my local whitehouse events.

Looks like the next event will be Deland on the 14th and 15th. Here is a LINK to the CFR schedule.

How much are you selling your intake for, Glenn?

I just put on my "new" "cai" this morning when I changed my oil.
It is a 3" piece of aluminum pipe...exhaust, I believe. I sprayed it with 1200* mid-gloss black engine paint, got 2 3" blue rubber connector things from APC and stuck it on there. I don't know if it's just me, but anything above 2500 RPM is nice.. a little more peppy.

If your asking about my Victor EFI, I was asking $450 with the spacer and gaskets.

The stock intake actually isn't all that bad...but you'll notice a difference definitely. I didnt really notice it down low, but I noticed up top, where the engine is struggling for air the most. In crappier, slower cars with less exhaust note, you can actually hear the engine sound 'healthier' with a new intake.....doesn't make that GRRR noise as much.

I don't think I want to sell the RPM, at least not just yet. I think I am going to put the engine from the LX into the 95 GT and the stock 95 GT engine into the 88LX. If someone wants to buy the whole car I will sell it that way but I am not into tearing the engine apart.

I will part out the rear axle assembly and maybe the transmission, clutch and scattershield.

I gonna have to skip that one(that's v-day weekend). Looks like I'll have to see you at the next GIR event, you should come up for the grassroots challenge the weekend of apirl 3-4 BUCC region has an autocross on the 4th at GIR. always a lot of fun.

You can't convince Christy that you need the seat time at another event? Actually, Christine told me that it was cool if I go to the event but I'll probably skip it as there's the whitehouse event on the 22nd and then Gville a couple of weeks later.

I'm looking forward to a "re-match" against the current SM leader!

damn! and I thought I had been busy I'm still debating over whether or not to hit the Deland event but here's the rest of my upcoming schedule:

2-14/15 Deland???
2-22 Whitehouse
3-7 CFR @ GIR
3-20/21 Whitehouse

Unfortunately I'm going to miss the 4-4 and 4-10 event as we're going on a trip to England... the trip will be cool but missing 2 GIR events will seriously suck.

Good luck in SM this year, it'll be cool to finally be running the same class

The MArtin event at GIR is pricey but sweet(few cones), the last martin event i went to i saw deep 3rd gear action twice on the track.

yeah, that's why I'm a bit peeved that I'm missing it. I was really looking forward to getting a bit more speed on the track but it looks like I'll have to find my fix some other way...

Alright. I'll pick you up a shot glass so you can knock back a few before the next event... maybe that'll help slow down your winning streak
