If you wait an hour or so to get home and eat. By the time the carbs you ate get into your system its 2 hours after your workout. WAYY TO LONG.

After your workout you have an hour window to get the nutrients into your body that you need. During this hour they will be absorbed at a very fast rate, esp. being in a liquid form. Once this hour has passed The ability of your muscles to replenish their glycogen and absorb protien is drastically reduced by as much as 50%, and will take your muscles a day or so to replenish glycogen as opposed to a few hours post workout.

and no dont drink a coke or something with sugar/glucose/fructose.

IT HAS TO BE DEXTROSE OR MALTODEXTRIN. you can pick this stuff up anywhere for cheap.

130 a month is crazy...dont forget im 16, mob is 17...we have car insurance and other bills to pay not to mention or work hours are limited by not just school but labor laws too. I definatly cant afford that much, however I could get the Cell mass and continue the protein shakes...
