Got the kit on,easy install except the passenger side was a bit of a pain due to the header. There's a good 1/4-3/8" clearance on the sway bar. Also, did my first "show" for a friend who's Dad has cancer. Went with my buddy and his 59' F100.

Helped my lifelong friend swap a C6 out of his 67'Fairlane to a 4r70w. Ran into some issues but got it done in about 3hrs. Still need to install the headers and wire the shift controller, but the hard part is done.

Finally got the Fox home after the gear swap, but not without drama.I'm coming up to a stoplight and the steering felt funny, then noticed amo light on. Crap, spit the belt. Pulled off in a John Deere dealership, and the alternator nut had exited the chat, and the belt was about 15ft behind the car still in one piece. Alt pulley was somehow still on. So we bombed to my buddies and borrowed the nut from his Fairlane. Got back to the car, installed the nut but the pulley had walked enough and ruined the threads. Managed to limp it home with no fanfare. Text my installer and told him what happened and he sent me this. Dang thing flew off in his driveway,my luck. So looks like a new alternator, bought a Cobra water pump pulley and still have the Focus fans to install.

Finally got the correct belt squared away after Cobra wp pulley and larger alt. pulley,64". Only took three tries. Took the Fox for a cruise, then let it sit and idle for a good 5 mins. It's been hot here this week,on my cruise it was 85* with a index of 98*. I forgot my laptop so I dont have real numbers, but it was a marked difference on the gauge. Besides the small oil leak,I'm gonna put some miles on her the next few months
