I'm looking to get a little more noise of my V6. I'm planning on getting a $20 glasspack, i know it won't do much but I dont' want to spend much money on something that may end up not doing what I was hoping it to do. My problem is the exhaust system is offset in and out and I'm having trouble of finding an angled glasspack I heard about. Anyone know where I can find one or suggestions on a good muffler I could get?

Just noticed your post. I know this is not a place to sell stuff but I have a flowmaster 2 1/4 in offset in and offset out..series 40 (42443) brand new in the box I order the wrong one and need to sell. The Muffler go for 80.00 from summit. If this will fit you car and you would want it I will sell for 40.00 you pay shipping.. Ask around and see if it would fit your car.They mufflers sound great.. Do not know how they will sound on a 6 cyl. I have never seen an offset glass pack

not going to call lock, but u shuld have just PMed him about those, lol
otherwise i always thought glasspacks were used to kind of muffle the sound of exhaust (as in ive heard of cases where someone has... a prowler, and its too loud, so he puts glasspacks on it, and then the cops dont care) please enlighten me about glasspacks in the meantime!

DRONING!

I feel like an idiot asking this but here it goes! what the heck does "droning" mean. I've read articles that some exhaust has a "droning" problem around 2k. Does this mean that it sounds like crap or what?

Droning is a unique confulance of exhaust pulses that exsist at around 2000 RPM for the 3.8. Each engine is a little different.
