Hi, I just installed a Sony double din in my sn95, I thought everything was fine until I turned up the volume. Once I turn it up past 14 “I don’t know if that helps anyone but it’s not even half way” the tweeters start to crackle like crazy and sound awful. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this and has any clue in what to do. I’m in high school and on a very tight budget so that’s a point too.

Do your tweeters have a high band pass cross over filter installed? The filter is needed to block the low frequencies that will damage the tweeters. Besides the tweeters can't reproduce low frequencies anyway. That the job of the larger speaker drivers.
