congrats on the new toy but be acrefull lots of stupid drivers in the nw
buddy of mine from my last job has a gsxr1000 and that thing is rediculosy fast

Wait till you get used to it, bet you drop a half sec.

My gsxr runs in the 10s, and yours probably makes the same power but weighs like 100 lbs less...

mine makes about 110 hp and weighs 443 pounds wet weight...but I don't intend to ride it fast it is simply for cruisn around town...

didn't want a chopper I am more into the style of the sport bikes although the cruisers sound better...

I have owbed three bikes and by fair the best one was the gsxr. To bad you will be dumb and ride fast! I was the same way you were until I meet other riders. Groups of riders = crazy fun.

well at least not for awhile...I am a beginner and the power of this thing is scary...seriously I am afraid to open it up at all...
