My intro can be a rant .
1985 was my first GT but lack of knowledge I purchased automatic YEAH The Lincoln Motor 180 HP wile now a nice piece of history, back then Disappointment for me
just did not have the full balls !! 1987 rolled in @ 225 hp & I moved on. my My hatchback did not disappoint . 1987 & my 3.08 took on what was being produced , I casually matched against production cars even grand nationals . Torque of 300 ft-lbs I could get the jump on what came out of detroit .
Life moved on & 1995 I found myself blending in with many autos noughting REAL & thats how its been for 31 YEARS . Then last week I see this Kinda rtatty
$5000 it's scruffie ok Not gonna buy it - STILL - next thing the seller starts it . My old StangNESS goes HMM it runs good please Noooo .
I walk away & next day I find myself drawn to it . I figure Test Drive , if nothing else when will I get a chance once more to visit an old buddy . OK don't tempt fate while much of the car is like a worn pair of blue jeans
I realize this motor sounds fine , shifts fine . Stomp first gear and ring out second like I drove it yesterday so familiar . I had to accept well it runs great . AND yeah contemplating an expenditure . Seller goes $4000
I look at chassis ZERO rust on stang's undercarriage from colorido . I looked for temptation and found it.
I have a reborn happiness . Im older the car is older WE Fit , I'm BACK ,wish me luck

Electrical work - Foundational the windows horn cruise heat fog lamps those items - that alone be fine .
But going to work with what I have bondo spray and blend black for a decent look cruising the roads
at this time , part of the charm is it's not a total cherry & can be used kinda care free .
There is plenty futz with , yet As Is loving it.
