The car is a 1979 ford fiesta with a 393 stroker against my grandpas 1983 mustang with aero nose and that has a 351 windsor ... the mustang bogged off the line, both are 10 sec. cars. Fiesta ran 10.2 and the mustang has ran 10.9. Neither car had traction because its at an airport just running for fun. And by the way my grandpa is 70 years old and still racing.

its an airport they're running at. The fiesta has a new 393 stroker being built which should run 9's and it should be done in the next couple of weeks. He's launched the car up on the wheelie bars before with the low stall converter. I think its like a 5000 stall torque converter going in on this new engine as well and hes ready to do some high wheelstands without the wheelie bars. Both cars are also C4 automatics too.

Wow...a 9 second Mustang gets squirrely at high speeds with the short wheel base, i can't imagine what a Fiesta would be like.

heres another video from that airport of me racing a rebuilt slightly modded Lt1 firebird ... i beat him by about half a car length or so at the top end. At the end of the movie is my cousin doing a burnout in his 1987 5.0 stang.
