N2O question

Someone told me that N2O was bad for a ford engine. Am i better off going with N2O or just trying to do the most N/A?

it isn't good for any engine. If it is installed properly and installed properly it shouldn't hurt your motor too much and if you have the right parts like a rpm window switch and a bottle warmer.
