Oh, the horror! My parents bought a touch screen laptop (they are 75+ years old) with Windows 8.1. OMG, they couldn't print for days. I spent hours at their house Tuesday night getting their printers hooked up. Finally I gave up. Next week I'm taking my Windows 7 / 64 bit disc and I'm rolling them back.

Be prepared another exercise in frustration. 8.1 doesn't like to be "down graded". Hard format, re-initialize the drive, then install clean.

What I dislike the most about 8.1 is that it doesn't operate well as a tablet OS 'or' as a mouse operated OS. They have the same "_ box X" setup that older versions have (tiny) plus all the over head of previous versions.

The whole thing just strikes me as a poorly thought out idea.

Being that I am a repair tech for Lenovo I'm bias to say a Lenovo ThinkCentre will do the trick for your business since they are created specifically for businesses Independent and Commercial. If you have a budget in mind I would be more than happy to fill you in on specs and series from the ThinkCentre line-up. ( I bought my girlfriends parents a ThinkCentre back in Dec. for their Family Business that would have cost $1100 but I got it brand new for $275) Needless to say, they were extremely happy!

They make new pistons every day, so why worry?

I'm almost certain that this is the newest Apple model.... If all else fails you can use it as a shelf to hold up your mustard!
