I just got my 1988 GT back from the paint shop. The original hatchback / trunk lock cylinder, rod and retaining clip got removed and thrown out by the paint shop. I ordered a set of lock cylinders from Mustangs unlimited but they do not come with the Rod or retaining clip.
I see CJ sells just the rod but no one sells just the clip without buying the lock cylinder for $19.99. Does anyone have one laying around?
I have an extra cylinder retainer clip for a door, does anyone know if it is the same part for the hatch other than the hole for the rivet?
