I have been trying to contact x2c motorsports for a couple weeks now. They still owe me 1675 dollars for a tko-600. I ordered the tranny and then canceled the order because they were on backorder and then all of a sudden i get charged for it a few weeks later.

Being that im kinda nieve and stupid (lot has to do we me being so young) i tryed working with them and didn't really know that i should have my credit card company to deal with it. Now its too late according to the credit card company. X2C told me yeah its in the mail or at one time we had worked on a deal for product... Haven't seen a damn thing!!!

Anybody know how to get ahold of XTC, maybe some non 800 number? Or a maybe you know AJ or even Dean's Cell number, anything. Im starting to loose it cause this isnt pocket change for me...

I have mailed the californina attorney general and i have contacted the better business bureau and i have sent a full letter and explantion to my credit card company. Im not sure what to do next.

Sometimes it takes a month or two to get a refund on a credit card. It took a month and a half to get a refund on my credit card when I sent my spoiler back to Saleen.

How long ago was this?

thats the problem... This started in DECEMBER. They said they refunded my credit card, so after awhile i called my credit card company up and they said that refunds could take as long as 90 days... Then after i waited that out, thats when i started talking to them on the phone once every two weeks or so... I really wasn't too worried about it till i call and the phone was disconnected... This wouldn't be that big of a deal except it has been a decent amount of time now...

The credit card company said they are not out of business or its not been documented yet... i just want to get paid before they declare bankrupsy or something...

You might be SOL then. I don't know what you should do.

If the CC company won't help, contact an attorney. From what it sounds like, the Tranny company has created fraud by taking your money and not giving you what you purchased.

Either an attorney or take them to small claims court.
