I purchased my first mustang, a 2010 gt premium back in February. I have since then lowered it 1" front and 1.5" rear using the roush lowering springs. I then bought a wheel and tire package, staggered 20x8.5 and 20x10. Now I have a problem. The steering wheel is shaking. I have checked the balance and have installed caster camber plates. Why is it doing this now? Can any one help me with this? Please.

Because aftermarket rims are junk!! They're not made as precise as factory. They either have wrong offset or backspacing, they require either hub centric rings or lug centric nuts. Make sure they're properly balanced (cone on the outside) and check alignment.

I have to disagree, aftermarket rims aren't junk. But you get what you pay for, some are junk, but not ALL of them... I've had mine for over 2 years now and have never been a problem. They get tons of highway time and still look nice and have never caused a problem or any discomfort to the driver.

Agreed! What I meant to say is exactly what you said, you get what you pay for and unfortunately most customers purchase based on looks vs fitment.
