I have been getting used to the wingless look. I like it now

Not sure if some of you all have seen some of my other posts, where i have vented about my wing getting stolen. I have been driving around with those crappy ass brackets stickin off my trunk for a few months now.

What kinda of caps did you guys use to cover the 4 holes?

If So, where did you get them, or what should i ask for???

Specifically, 1990StangLX, if you are out there. I remember reading a thread a month or so back. You said you got the caps at Pep Boys correct?

Thanks in advance for any help

i am heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere

anyways, the black plugs i used came from Pep-Boys, and you need 2 different sizes, one says its for Ford Body Panels or something, the other says it's for GM Body Panels or something approximating that. the ford ones are smaller and for the smaller holes, and they are the kind that you push down and then can't take out easily cause they have the reverse teeth things on them.

Much appreciated man. That is what i was wanting to know. I wanted to ask or be able to look for the right thing. You never know who will be helping you out at the local Pep Boys. thanks again!

How do you like the look of those black caps in your shadow grey? Is there much of a tip that sits on top of the trunklid?

i barely even notice them, and my buddy today said they looked just fine even before i paint them with some touch up. i still want to paint them though because then you really will be hard pressed to see them. they are very thin so they don't stick up very much.

Thanks for the info Bulldog. I will stop by AutoZone as well and look for those flat caps. Doubt that have any in Sonic Blue. I probably end up grabbin a bottle of touch up at the dealership for my color.

I pulled my spoiler cause I'm trying to do a bullit look-alike. I went ahead and filled the holes with bondo and repainted my trunklid. I had to do that since the previous owner oved the spoiler back an 1 and a half inches.
