Ok ok I know you're thinking I'm wiring neons in the Stang..but I'm not, lol. I have a 94' Saturn SC2 and I got some neons for free and need to wire them up in it, because I dont want to put them in the Stang. I have one under my dash on the drivers side, a 6 inch neon, with the switch thing to make it beat to the bass. There's a wire running from the neon to the switch, then from the switch to the lighter outlet. Well, I just cut the lighter power thing off, and wired it to a hot wire in my car. So now you can't see any wires. Now my predicament is, my friend gave me a little blue LED light to put in it. So, I just figured I could wire it to that neon, and it would make the LED beat to the bass and everything too. So, I wire it up and it comes on, but it doesnt go off when i shut the neon off. So, I ask about it and I'm told that I should try putting one wire on the wire that goes from the neon to the switch, and the other wire on the one that goes from the switch to the power..so it would be one LED wire on each side of the switch. Still didn't work. I don't know what I'm doing wrong...can anyone help me??

The only thing I got from that was that you're trying to run a blue LED off of a 12v source which will most likely blow them up. I think most LED's are 3v.

You should probably wire those neons inside the car to about 2lbs of plastique explosive. In that case I don't think it matters if you use a 3 volt or a 12 volt source.

Oh I see what you mean, well I had a Bronco that I got cheap for $1,000, that I bought with my money..then I sold it for $1,300, and I had started saving every 1 dollar bill I got, yea sounds dumb but they really added up, and I had $1,000 in ones, and so then I had $2,300 and the saturn was $2,400...so yea it was my money. But you should see it its like a joke to me, all the stuff I do to it, and all my friends are like sweet duddeeee. lmao
