New chat message won't go away

Any idea why I keep getting a notification that I have a new chat message when I don't? I tried "mark all read" and deleting some messages but the notification message will not go away. It is on my pc and my phone as well.

To see if there's something hidden in there.


If not, log out, clear your browser cache then log back in.

I get one of those in my corner from time to time. It rings, pops up , then goes away
